As party wall surveyors in Enfield, we were appointed by a small developer looking to convert an HMO into high quality, self-contained flats in Wanstead. We visited the site to liaise closely with the adjoining owners. Indeed, one neighbour appointed us as the Agreed Surveyor, saving our client additional fees in areas such as boundary dispute surveys.

We then explained all works clearly to the adjoined owner and carried out a detailed schedule of condition. This protected them in the event of any damage occurring. Any matters of concern were also highlighted within the Award providing additional assurance to both parties.

Our thorough and in-depth approach to reviewing and analysing proposed work enabled us to identify potential problems at an early stage so they could be mitigated or eliminated. This is invaluable in ensuring the risks of unnecessary delays and associated costs are minimised on items which otherwise would not have been identified until after works commenced.
